Terms of Service

Payment

Once you have provided written acceptance of estimated works, the following payment schedule shall be applied:
10% at the time of written acceptance of estimated works
70% at end of week 1 of scheduled works
Final invoice on completion of estimated works, with the balance payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

On-Site Hours

On-site working hours are between 0800-1800 , unless agreed differently at time of initial on-site survey (before installation commences). Any stoppages caused by others will incur £45 per man hour lost and also any additional costs incurred for rearranging works if necessary.

Property Services

Where services (water, gas, electric etc.) are temporary isolated for installation purposes ,no responsibility is taken for any consequential effects on any other apparatus of the house.

You are deemed to have agreed with the terms and conditions once you approve the estimate.
